I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all.
