We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. I just needed to take a moment of my time to give thanks to the amazing Cashier Danyell (sp?) I just felt as though she went out of her way to help me. I just moved to Mission and I am not used to such attentive store clerks ! Love this small town feel! I will be back for sure!
