I've been booking surf sessions with Cody for a couple years now. We've made great progress adding new tricks to my run, the wave is excellent for airs, 360's, drifters, shuv-its. Conditions on the water are normally calm at the bay we ride in, have had so many sunny perfect days out there!

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!

This was the worst experience ever I called Thursday to get a quote tried to charge me way more then necessary then after telling him what I was quoted through someone else gave me a better price then tried to charge me 25$ on my credit card to hold my booking then arriving for said appointment to find out the person then lost my info and that I wasn't going to get my replacement done but I could booking for another day or go elsewhere needless to say never going back and would recommend the same for anyone else

Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! I recently had Surface Revival reglaze my bathtub and was so impressed by the job I also had them come back to refinish my countertops. They both look incredible! I didn't have the funds to replace my tub and countertops, but with Surface Revival I didn't need to. The price was very fair, and Neil was very pleasant and proffessional. I am no longer embarassed by my ugly tub and kitchen when I have company over! Thank you again!

Amazing service, fast and reliable.
When my septic failed to pump out and filled right up after 2 weeks from emptying, i called Redlac. Terry was helpful, answered all my questions and came in the next day... Half hour later, my septic system was working again... Just before Christmas... He really did a "shitty" job... in a good way ?
Highly recommend him! First time customer, now i know whom to rely on next time.

Peter was very helpful when our furnace stopped working. No heat at 2am on a very cold(-20) night. He gave me instructions over the phone and heat was restored, however the heat exchanger has failed so we need a new one installed. Lots of air movement but heat was meager. Will get us through the time until heat exchanger can be replaced. THANK YOU PETER.
