I recently became acquainted with Dr. Sandhu and the staff at Bayshore Optometric when I needed a new pair of glasses. I would say the service they provide is outstanding. They have the latest in technology - I even had a panoramic photo done of the inside of my eye, never had that before. The staff are great and Dr. Sandhu is friendly and smart. Their hours are amazing there so there is no problem getting an appointment evenings or weekends. Very happy with my prescription. Lire plus

I've been dealing with this store for many years. Now, with everything going on, I order through the phone and the experience is just as good as it is in the store. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store. Sue spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information and options available to us to make a decision. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. While being new to the store she was very helpful and in no way high pressure in her dealings with us.
