I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.
