Best dentist I've had in a long time. I've had lots of problems with my teeth and have seen many dentists. I've only been impressed with 2 over the course of several years. Dr.Rocky is one of them. Staff are awesome too. Always really nice and friendly. Dr.Rocky is really careful and kind. He fixed a lot of mistakes made by other dentists. You really do feel like family here. I've been going for a while. It's a long drive for me (coming from the Westside Vancouver) but it's definitely worth it.

Mr Tong is a very experienced dentist , he has been my dentist for 6 or 7 years and I recommend his practice, Dct Aloysius Tong work with his wife. His sister Christina also work in the same practice and take very good care of all patients. A few months ago Dct Tongs son finished his dental studies and joined the family practice, my wife sees him regularly and is pleased as well.

This was my second visit and procedure. Again, from Reception staff to Dr. Thom and his Assistant great experience and painless by a very gentle and caring Doctor. A most pleasant experience-again. I would recommend him to any member of my family and friends.

5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

Last week I had an appointment for a denture adjustment with Dr. Vignault but a few days before the appointment I also had a molar that was bothering me. It was going to be extracted in the future but it was bothering me now. I asked Dr. Vignault if he could take care of it as I walked into the appointment. He said no problem and had it out within 15 minutes with absolutely no pain. He took care to surface numb the area first where the needle for the freezing was to be injected so I did not feel it go in. Previous dentists I have gone to never did this and I always felt the pinch of the needle which was to me the worst part. I felt no pinch and no pain when the tooth came out. I actually didn't know it was out until he told me it was. I appreciate the fast service and care. Thank you.

I was recently treated by Dr. M. Reskovich for an emergency tooth extraction. The extraction was of a molar and turned into a full surgical procedure, including bone augmentation. This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Very friendly and professional team. It was a bit of a wait to get both an ultra sound and x-ray done, but that was not their fault. My doctor made my appointments with them, and I am very happy she did!

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!

Dr. Smith is a very kind understanding surgeon. He did a total hip replacement on me and let me go home on the same day because I hate hospitals. The surgery went very well and I have no pain and could walk without a cane within 2 weeks. He explained everything clearly and his followup session was very professional.

The West Kits Dental clinic is absolutely fantastic. I've been going to this dental clinic for 20+ YEARS and must say Dr Mersedeh Shahabaldine is by far the best dentist I've ever had in my entire life.
I needed a partial denture for missing teeth and the denturist Ali Karimi Moosavi was a real pleasure to have worked on my partial ,he's extremely thorough and does excellent professional work ...We love the entire staff ,they are very personable and very pleasant with all communications .

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
