Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill. Me and my husband just had a chain link fence put in today. From the moment I called to having the fence put in the customer service has been excellent. We were initially told it could take a week, but was not the case. They had a cancellation and came today and put it up in just an hour. If you ever need a fence call permanent fence, believe you won't be disappointed. This is a family owned business in business for 50 years, even more reason to support our local mom and pap business.
