I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. The receptionist and the manager/owner were professional and friendly and the car looked fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!
