The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. The owner Mike is a standup guy. Needed a battery for my truck a couple years ago and they had the most cost effective one I could find. When my battery gave up again less than 2 years later he replaced it with a better one and with a longer warranty (he no longer carried the brand i had as he found a better supplier). I was expecting an upgrade fee but he didn't charge me one. He said he wants to take care of customers and will look after the warranty. Quality service and reasonable rates.

This is the second time in 6 months that my hubby and I have used this repair shop. They fixed my fender bender beautifully and with only slight delays for parts because of covid. My hubby just had a collision and I highly recommended Inkster CarStar . He is very pleased with the staff and the great repair job they did on his car. I've never seen his car as clean as when they did the repairs Inside and out ! We will def use them again!
