The food is great and always great. It never waivers. But there are some flaws. Tonight, the soup was not even lukewarm; it was cool. When I sent it back, it was returned to me just as cool as the first time. Soup needs to be HOT. The service is dicey. One visit, you couldn't ask for more. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond Lire plus
