Great dental place. The staff is very competent and nice, the service is top-level, and the place is pretty, modern, and clean, Dr.Alex was very helpful and professional. And they answer all your questions. And if you have an insurance coverage, do not hesitate to ask them. To sum it up: Accord Dental in Kitsilano is a great place to take care of your teeth!

My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. Crystal has taken such amazing photos of my family and I, particularly capturing the beauty and love during my transformation into moherhood. She captured my pregnancy in a way that made me feel so proud and honouring of my body. Plis she put on and photographed a Blessingway ceremony with me and all the important women in my life. She photographed my labour while also immensely supporting me through the 24 hour long process. During that time, she captured some of the most beautiful imaged I've ever seen, including the moment my son first arrived in my arms...the most amazing moment of my life!!!! Since then Crystal has captured many more photos of my son and I. Not to mention the countless unique and gorgeous photos of I've seen of others. I have owned a lot of used cars and I've been to a lot of mechanics. It is not often that you find a garage that gives you a feeling of trust and transparency. Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!
