I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I've been bring our GM cars to this Firestone for 10 years now, once the GM warranty expires. Each visit has been an excellent experience, with repairs quotes almost always matching the final bill.
They do let you know if they find anything else wrong, but you are not obligated to get the work done.
Front desk has always been helpful, and prices reasonable.
Given the cost of Yonge street real estate, it will be hard to expect this place to last for many more years. But for now, I trust them with my auto repairs and tire services.

Are you friendly and courteous bunch of staff. I brought in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and they did a very good job on the detail. Overall the place was a little bit dark on the inside but I was happy with the job.
