I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. To my pleasant surprise Rob showed up within 15 minutes after my phone call. He was personable, efficient and professional and I really apreciated it!

I made the mistake of trusting Google maps, which took me down a wrong road. ADV did everything in their power to help me even when it turned into a shitty situation for them and they had to bring in a second tow truck because the road was so bad. After all that the owner (who is also the one who got up at 2 in the morning to come help too) called AMA on my behalf and got them to cover more which significantly lowered my bill. Long story short this is a Ma and Pa business that actually cares.

After having our Big Truck break down during the last move from BC causing such a stressful moment . Called up Amber and the crew at Superior Towing. From start to finish these professional folks went above and beyond, safely transporting our sentimental old truck home just before the snowy weather . I’m very grateful and thankful for the help and highly recommend calling these folks when you need assistance .

T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.
