West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. Yes, I didn't have a flimsy tarp flapping in the wind on my load. Ridiculous. Went straight to DL's no issues, now I always go to DL's! Be prepared for a busy yard on weekends and tight quarters if you have to turn a trailer,

Best chinese food we've had in years. We love the spicy green bean's, they are always perfectly tender crisp. The gai lan in black bean sauce is great. Everything we get has been good.
This is a small family run restaurant with a friendly young woman who seats you and takes your order and her husband who is the chef in the back.
If you want something differant than what is on the menu they always seem happy to oblige.
They also do a very brisk takeout business.

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.

He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. This is a great place to get used auto parts at a fair price! The guy is very pleasant with lots of selection, the cars are numbered & well organized with enough space between them, there's not a bunch of trip hazards everywhere like most places and they even laid down gravel so it's easy to dig down & get a jack under it & not muddy all the time... it's honestly my favourite place to get auto parts. Give them a call because they have a large selection.
