I just wanted to let your store know that if it wasn't for your customer service knowledge i would have made a very big mistake today. July 13/2015...your workers saved me a lot of money and stress of being taken advantage of. they were very polite and understanding of my situation. definately very informative of my situation. i can not thank those wonderful ladies enough. Since it opened I switched from my well-loved Pharmacy in wpg., for the convenience. I have never regretted it. I love Birds Hill Pharmacy. They are so friendly, always available for last minute help. I always get my meds on time and they always fax to my Dr. right away if needed. I feel well looked after here. The best Pharmacists!

The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. We had a party of roughly 30 people and they were very organized even though it must have been mayhem in the kitchen. Our waitress was cool under pressure and when our food came,it was just as i ordered as my New York Steak came out med-rare as i ordered and the veggies were fresh and crisp and everything was seasoned perfectly. I asked all of my guests,their thoughts on the food and it was about the same answer,as in excellent and they would be coming back in the future. I can't wait to go back and try the Indian dishes. We all moved into the lounge after for some drinks and conversation and had a great time. I would recommend this eatery to anyone who LOVES quality food and GREAT hosts!
