Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Taryn had me better in 4 sessions total. THANK YOU!

Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. Amazing doctor!!! He has great bedside manner, great with children, cares about his patients and very knowledgeable. I trust him very much. If you are looking for a doctor, I'd highly recommend him. Wait times aren't bad at all and each time I have called in to see Dr. O, there has never been any problem and he always makes himself available. I also adore his secretary, Alex - she is friendly and helpful.

Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.
