Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

I could not find the business card of the tow truck company that we have used in the past so just went on the yellow pages to locate one. I ended up finding this one as it was the closest to the garage where my car was that needed to come home. The person I spoke to took all my information, gave me a time frame that I could expect the car to get to me and a price. The driver did come on time, gave me the bill for the right amount and was very courteous. He even took my bad tire and put it on my patio for me. It was an amazing experience. We met with a car rental agent working with Routes at this location named Abby and she was so friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure we got our vehicle as quickly as possible inspite on long line ups. Very easy to deal with and she made our car rental experince a breeze.
Stongly recommend the company to take care of this employee and may be she is due for a raise or promotion. All the other staff was frindly and courtious as well.
