It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. She was the one who motivated me to stay with Aligo, by her kindness and professionnalism. Thank you for each employee. The cars are awesome, clean and chic. I feel like i made new friends in Aligo. Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

We took a lot of time looking for our 'next' vehicle. We were very surprised at how poorly we were treated in some dealerships ... but Discovery Honda in Duncan changed all that for us. They made it easy to buy a vehicle with no nonsense and no pressure. We are absolutely delighted with all the people who helped us from Red our salesman, to everyone else who participated in our purchase. This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

I had a rock chip on my windshield that cracked when Affordable attempted to fix it. Windshield had to be replaced and everything went smoothly. Appointments were easily made and they took care of all the insurance claims. Only thing was an employee told me my windshield replacement will be OEM but a FuYao brand windshield was installed instead. No big deal as long as the glass is high quality.

This is a two-man operation, meaning they have low overhead, which benefits the customer. They keep my 1986 SDL Diesel running because I refuse to buy a new car with all the electronic gadgets requiring "technicians" for $ 140.00/hr to replace a bulb or to check the water level in the radiator.

Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. Great vehicles, friendly staff and excellent service! Would recommend this company to others.
