This has got to be the most useless agent ever! Her staff never do what they say. Took them over a year to change my name when I got married and I never got a pink slip cuz they never mailed them out! Any time I called for anything I was told well it’s not my fault... always someone else’s fault but no one did anything right! Finally cancelled and they confirmed my mailing address and still sent my refund to the wrong address. I will NEVER use State Farm again if this is how they do business!
