Both Brenda and Angela were able to completely understand the difficulty of my situation and provide the information needed to make intelligent decisions regarding my mortgage. I have used Advan...

I have used Advance Mortgage three times now for home purchases working with both Brenda and Angela. They are so wonderful I cannot say enough good about them! Our last purchase just happened this month and they worked so hard to make it happen! Thanks to them we will be moving into our new home soon!! I highly recommend them and I know that anyone that used them would be in great hands ! :)

I have used Angel...

I have used Angela Epp 3 times now, and every time has been great. I can honestly say i was very happy with my experience. She took the time to explain things for me since i knew very little about mortgages. Not once did i feel like i was being rushed out of her office. Even after all her paper work was done Angela continued helping me making sure all my paper work was done. I have since moved to Calgary I still continue to use Angela I have recommended her four times to friends and family.

I worked with Angela not only on my current home, but also two revenue properties as well. She was so thorough reviewing our options and we walked away with an incredible interest rate in all 3 homes!!! I highly recommend allowing one of these amazing ladies to work with you on your next mortgage!!!!

We saw Angela Epp at Mortgage Alliance and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to meet with us long before we had a down payment saved. She gave us great advice on how to build credit and we knew exactly what we needed in order to secure the mortgage. When we were ready to buy, Anglea worked diligently to get us the best rates.
