Not helpful at all. I have never spoken to a single doctor in my life on the phone past 12:00 as far as I know as soon as 12 hits the secretary stops answering the phone and you have from 9 am or so till 12 to call. Kind of insane the guy has so many people relying on him but you can only contact him 3 hours a day one or two times a month it feels like. I need medicine and I cant get it because he does not know how phones work
