I go to Boston Pizza just because that seems to...

I go to Boston Pizza just because that seems to be where everyone goes on a thursday night. The service is so awful everytime we go there. (I am talking in the bar, not on the restaurant side) One time we actually waited 12 minutes before a drink was put on our table. Im not even sure the managers know what they are doing there because im sure with different managers the restaurant would be run differently. I believe once other bar/restaurnants open in Brantford, Boston Pizza will not be the 'hangout'. I will go back just to see people that go there..but I know not to expect any good service.

Several late night visits for a couple of beers...

Several late night visits for a couple of beers and some wings (about 3 times per week). On several occassions. service was not provided to the point of me just getting up and leaving the building and heading to another spot to spend some money. I even contacted the management via e-mail on 3 occassions to inform them of the problem. They were given times and dates and names of the servers on duty. I even let them know that they had one shining star who provided above average service. They all responded promptly with the promise that all would be made right. In all fairness, they tried to give me a $25 voucher as an apology which I turned down due to the fact that I did not want someting free, I just wanted quality food and good service. This location has had 3 chances and the Burlington (Service Rd.) location has had 1 chance. Nothing has changed. Therefore, my option is to simply not return to ANY Boston Pizza location and to instead spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Thank you for this venue to express my opinion
