I don't know if I...

I don't know if I just had him on a bad day. I felt like I was wasting his time. I wanted him to look at my throat and get a prescription of cipro for my vacation. I have the prescription filled thinking it was cipro instead i was give medication to treat my strep throat. I give a 1 for: Poor bedside manor, ask next to no question for the visit. Gave a drug without explaining why I am taking, it. In the end I still need to get prescription for the trip.

Dr. Arora is a gr...

Dr. Arora is a great family doctor. He is knowledgeable, very soft spoken, polite and listens to my problems. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor and could not ask for a better doctor.

Nice receptionist, bad doctor

I went there about a personal health issue (Inguinal hernia). The receptionist was very nice and I didn't wait long at all to see a doctor. But when the doctor arrived, I told him what I thought was wrong with me, he just asked me "Are you a doctor?". At first I wasn't sure if I heard correctly so I made him repeat. He asked again "Are you a doctor?". I couldn't believe it as I responded that no I wasn't a doctor. After this awkward conversation, he just told me to book an appointment for a physical. I'm not sure why he couldn't just check it just then as I wasn't asking for a full physical. And I thought that the procedure for diagnosing an inguinal hernia took 2 mins (making you cough etc...). I really don't think that this is how you respond to someone that finally goes to see a doctor about a personal issue. I think that it was pretty obvious that I wasn't a doctor and I think it was pretty rude of him to be sarcastic like that.
