Great service really I was in and out for lube within 1 minute

Beware! In my experience, the customer service at this location, has been horrible. For starters, often when I require assistance there is no staff to be found, and many are no longer trained and/or as knowledgeable as staff used to be. In addition, after approximately 6 pm, the store closes all self-service checkouts and funnels people to one cashier creating lines and inefficiencies. Moreover, forget about ordering online!!! If I am NOT mistaken, all of my online orders to this location.
