    Brutal customer service! Be warned, do NOT work with Bamco! They are great…until they have your money and then you can’t get a hold of them to do any repairs on their terrible craftsmanship!

    Lousy customer service. Could care less that paint is peeling. Told to go to home depot for paint after 4 years. Payed builder $1650. extra for colour. Was going to order more cupboards but forget it.

    They installed the wrong counter tops and blamed us, I'm pretty sure we know what we picked and you wrote the wrong code. Nothing but crap from these guys, go somewhere else

    Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service!!

    I would not recommend buying your cabinets from Bamco. They are way overpriced and the customer service is a nightmare. They didn't put enough stain on the wood so our cabinets looked all blotchy, there were 1/4 inch seems on the island with exposed chip board, the openings for the appliaces were not the correct size so couldn't fit are applaices in, the edgebanding was bubbling everywhere, and there were so many dings, scratches and cracks it was rediculous. Not to mention they were 2 Months late!!! When you tried to get them to come fix it they would send someone by who would tell you "That's how we do it " or " That is how it supposed to look". By the time they agreed to fix anything months had gone by and we are still waiting for things to be resolved......Save your self the headache and money are look elsewhere.

    I visited your house personally on two occasions, to address your concerns and will not deny that we had differences of opinion. The old adage applies here, you cannot please everyone and no matter what was done or offered I could not placate you. In the presence of your builder representative we discussed how the repairs would be carried out and completed in a timely fashion and every time we returned to complete the job, you would continue to add new items to the list, none of which had anything to do with us. In an effort to maintain our excellent customer service reputation we returned again and again. The builder you selected to build your home has an excellent reputation and like Bamco, continued to return to service you for the other perceived issues you had in your home. In closing I would like to say, all your legitimate service issues were completed in a timely and professional manner. I commend the builder and our staff for maintaining both our excellent service reputations and seeing your concerns through to the end and add that your situation is a great example of why people should buy kitchens from Bamco. We will see the project through to the end regardless of how difficult the situation may become. Steve Hawke Manager Customer Care Dept.
