I paid $500 for service at Wayne Pitman Ford. They did not fix the issue. I needed another dealer to solve the issue. I accepted to paying for the service that was done, but asked to be refunded for diagnostic that failed them/me. Sara agreed and was going forward. Then Andrew intervened. With a smile that phony can appear charming and reach into your wallet pocket. He talks circles and ignores that someone else did what I paid him for. It gets old dealing with arrogant snakes like Andrew.

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Thank you to the people at Wayne Pitman! You're the best!!
