Tangles Hair Design

Ruined my neighbour's hair. She's an older woman that just needed a pick me up with a couple blond highlights and ended up walking out losing ALL her length (was long hair) and chopped right to the scalp. Gave her red first despite being told no red, then bleached it out and I think she chemically burned hair off. It's yellow and brassy as hell, you guys don't have toner??? Also thanks for letting another customer berate her for taking too long in the chair. Super cool of you.
