Maingate Dental Centre

I had a great experience during my last dental visit. Great and professional staff from my front desk interaction with Joanna to the filling appointment done with Dr. Karam. She was very gentle during the whole procedure especially when giving me the freezing, I barely felt anything and i'm usually so nervous from needles. I would definitely recommend!

Most pathetic experience with a dental clinic ever! These guys will over bill you against your consent and without communicating while you may have clearly told them your insurance allowance. Worst Experience.

I've been coming here since 2015, and have had nothing but quality and friendly care. I've recommended Smile Smile to other family member and friends also.

Watch out what you sign for as they will overcharge you and insurance. Always ask for billing information and services they do for every visit. Get details as they will try to scam you 1year down the road

I had a fantastic experience. The staff are very friendly and treat you like a family member. It is a very clean and comfortable office.

The Receptionists...

The Receptionists and the Accounts departments do not know how to Bill . Overcharge clients. Do not know how to manage with the Insurance dept. If you go here ,you don't know by next month what kind of bill you will get. Reception staff is incompetent in terms of insurance, billing.
