IN JULY 2012, I HELD MY DAUGHTERS BRIDAL SHOWER AT ROGUES. THE FOOD, PUNCH AND CAKE WERE EXCELLENT, FANTASTIC SERVICE, THEY TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR FOOD ALLERGIES, THE COST WAS REASONABLE. THEY CLOSE THE RESTAURANT ON SUNDAY'S FOR FUNCTIONS LIKE THIS, RECEIVED POSITIVE COMMENTS FROM ALL THE GUESTS.
I love this restaurant, I have been coming to this place when it first opened twenty-six years ago.
Tablecloths are white, the staff is all male, their chalk board menu specials as well as their printed menu, anything is a great decision, wine list is a bit pricey, but for me.. it was and still is an amazing fine dining restaurant.
Last visit was in March I had the venison, with potatoes, and vegetables, my friend and I shared a great bottle of wine, it was a California Red, the meal as well as the staff, it was incredible as always
DISASTER!!! Right from the start, absolutely horrible service. Waiter had 9 tables and was overwhelmed. Ordered a $300 bottle of wine which showed up 30 minutes later. We poured it ourselves. Now the food. Came out cold and bland. This is not an Italian restaurant. Heard the chef swearing at his staff several times. Thinks he's Gordon Ramsey or something. The fish wasn't fresh at all. The selection of wines by the glass is embarrassing. Atmosphere was also terrible, very dated. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY
