Very reliable, called several heating services after losing heat at night, the only company that actually showed up and got back to me was fern’s heating. Always deal with them now.

My overall experience was great. Called for a quote and got back to me right away. Very clean and friendly staff! Would highly recommend Fern's.

This company has always given us very good service & advice. My recent call for my hot water tank not working was handled beyond my exceptations. They had a full day booked yet they still took time to get the tank fixed so that we would have hot water for the weekend. Jennifer kept me informed after my morning call to let me know they were going to make sure they took care of us that day.

The office staff ...

The office staff seems to not care. I called in July and was told I couldn't be serviced until September. That' came and went with no service or call from the office. I called back and was told it would now be November. November has came and went and again no communication from them. I have given up and booked elsewhere. In the past the technicians have been good to me however in my opinion the people in the office don't seem to care about providing good service. The owner would be wise to straighten things up before losing more clients

I had a terrible experience with this company! i called in the middle of winter with no heat, they said they would be there in half an hour, 4hrs later someone shows up, was there for less than 10 mins wasn't able to help me and i was still charged over $200!!
