DONT DEAL with him he gives you wrong information also tells you to wait a few days only to find out he lost more of your money. He attached information that belonged to another client to my paper work with her social insurance number, name and address etc. I had already taken it to other places and had it copied not knowing it was attached to my paperwork. Not only did I loose a lot of money under his financial consultation am also worried that my important information could be compromised.
