My mother and I had an extremely negative experience at an appointment. Prior to seeing Dr. Brazel, we had an eye examination with a person who I assume to be a technician. This person barked orders at my mother and assumed that my mother did not speak English without even asking her. She spoke about my mother and was incredibly condescending in her approach. I would avoid attending this office if this technician continues to work there.
