First red flags were long delays in them getting back to us after initial site visits. When install was finally scheduled installers didn't actually show up on first day - called main office and they had no idea where they were either. Came next day, worked for a couple hours then took off, "cement not drying fast enough". Made a big mess (floor glue fingerprints on freshly painted walls), finishing workmanship very poor. complained and they came back, STILL not happy with final product. sloppy.

Went in a couple of weeks ago with my partner to look at flooring for our basement. We were there for about 15 minutes and the two sales associates did not acknowledge our presence, even when we were the only customers in the store. We went out of our way to look at the flooring here as it was recommended by friends, but we left. Our basement is a big job and we were looking forward to supporting a local business, but customer service is important to us when spending this kind of money.

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS. I had a large kitchen and complete bathroom tiled (floor walls, shower). All the tile starting coming loose within a month after the install. It was improperly installed by what A1 regarded as their Number 1 installer. The customer service was horrible and when we finally agreed on a resolve they wanted more $$ from me. Needless to say I went elsewhere. There is not enough space here to explain how horrible of a company and its representatives are.

Due to allergies had to rush removal of carpet. Friend referred us here. Gave best price for install of product I had selected. Didn't want to wait for shipping so checked out their laminate in-stock. Found one better price, rating, warranty and I loved it. They worked with us to fit us in ASAP. Install was very professionally done and everyone says how beautiful it is. We are thrilled, and this change of flooring has worked wonders for allergy situation. Thanks to Stewart and all staff!!

Didn't even get to installation as the customer service was that bad. Went in to the show room to purchase carpet but no one would unroll the carpet for me to look at because another carpet was being cut. They asked me to come back another time....I had driven 40 min's to get there and had 3 kids under the age of 4 in tow. They didn't accommodate at all, then when I emailed them will my dissatisfaction with the experience I never heard from anyone. I'm not sure I would bother with this company.

Unprofessional installers! Didnt sweep or clean before laying the carpet! Left carpet fibers all over, and was told ""I" can just vacuum them up!" They only cleaned up the big pieces..!!!! As if! A carpet installer that doesnt own a Vaccuum!? Really!!??? Not impressed!!!

Avoid! Wont accept a Valpak coupon? Why have coupons issued if you wont take them.
