Lui Derek Dr

I have no idea how is Dr Lui yet but I tried soooooo many times to speak with his secretary with no positive results. she is not answering the phones or faxes plus there is no option to leave at least one message. a frustrated patient who canceled the appt w Dr Lui because of his unprofessional secretary.
