Restaurant Pho Moderne

There is no service unless you are doordash or Uber. They don't care! The new owners don't give a ...waited at our table for.over 30 minutes to get a soup to start and then everything was dumped at the same time. The next time to avoid that I called for takeout, they said 45 I gave them an hour, well it wasn't even started when I got there!! 5 delivery guys passed before while I waited another 30 for.our food....the new owners just don't care.

I found a bug in my broccoli and splinters of glass in my soup. The owner did not apologize, but wanted me to pay 50% of the meal. The waitress understood that that was not reasonable. I have eaten here many times before and it has always been good. I did not expect the owner wanting to charge me half a meal, without apology. I am sorry to say that I am not going back.

La nourriture est très bonne avec des parts très généreuses. Le personnel semble parfois inexpérimenté, mais au final le service est rapide et convivial. Prix raisonnable.

Awful service. Very rude to customers. The waitress refused to give any help to the customers about food ordering. And they were really impatient when the customers tried to choose. The most 'amazing' part was the 'boss' of the restaurant, a lady wearing glasses, yelled at the customers, saying that 'you don't need to come here any more'. How 'pleasant' was that!!
