A nice little hardware store conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, near the historical st. Lawrence market and the distillery district. They seem to have many different products and services, plumbing, light bulbs and electrical, fuses batteries, cil paint and supplies and many different things. I like to support local family operated businesses in my area, sure beats the large department stores where you have to walk for hours and hours to find what your looking for, if you are lucky to find it!

Having recently moved, we’ve had to visit Home Depot several times - what a pleasant surprise to be greeted in every department be helpful, knowledgeable people, of all ages. Great customer service!

Good old Home Hardware; our microwave died since everything was closed due to one of our lockdowns we decided to borrow my Sister-in-law spare microwave. Then the cord was too short. I tried the big box curb-side previously and it took 2 1/2 days. I didn’t want to go through that again. Then I thought of your store at 2151 Danforth, it was a great experience. The cord I needed was, indeed in hand when we arrived.! These days this kind of customer service will make business thrive THEY CARE!

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Went to Rona Martin Grove to find a paint for basement concrete floor, waterproof and mildew resistent.
Had no idea about this paint but met Elisabeth and got the best service, knowledge and attitude. I left with a big smile and the paint!

Staff was great. Manager helped us with flooring and when there were no samples of the one I wanted, she opened a new box and gave me a plank to take home! Only complaint:aisles have too much stuff in them so manoeuvring carts around is hard and noise is way too high level, mostly staff doing shelves yelling to each other.

The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. I came here about a month ago with a renovation project for my master ensuite. I was greeted by Adam who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about design and products they carry. Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I was very impressed with the excellent delivery with such a short deadline, I recieved all my products within 10 days. Highly recommend!!!!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
