After a nightmarish experience with another Ford dealership the team at Aurora Ford Sales were extremely professional and helpful with my family and me to get us into a vehicle that suited our needs. Hi, this email is commend an employee at your Yellowknife store whose name is Wanda. We were vacationing in Yellowknife and while leaving on Sunday August 6 we had a flat tire. After changing the tire we went to Canadian Tire get it repaired but the auto area was not open. An employee named Wanda phoned another mechanic and arranged for us to go to his home where he repaired the tire and we were on our way. Thanks very much for such great customer service.

I broke a spring hanger on my 5th wheel trailer. I couldn't get it fixed at Eagle Plains so had to drag it to LJs in Fort McPerson. I arrived there at 5 pm thinking they would be closed for the day, but no they took straight in spent 2 and 1/2 hrs fixing it and only charged me $350. I couldn't have been more pleased. By the way t welder Steve did a great job. I wouldn't have got that job done better cheaper and faster here in Kamloops B.C. thank you so much I can't say enough good about this co
