I hired KLT contracting to build a retaining wall, fence, and replace the grass in my yard in the summer of 2025. Kaiden took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. He made the whole process stress free for me by being available to answer all of my questions and offering thoughtful options at each point in the project, while also being mindful of my budget. I can usually get what I need, but if there is something that they don't have, they can usually order it for me and it will be there in just a few days. I'll give GBS 4 3/4 stars out of 5!

This place rocks! just finished a 3 day kayaking trip off of Tunstalll Bay & car was flashing solid red hazard light! Not having much juice in my cell phone I googled a car repair & called. Spoke to Mary who quickly got me to send a pic of my dashboard to her cellphone and gave me the towing #. It was 4:00 and she offered to bring their diagnostic tool after shop closed @ 5 if we didn't get towing help. We got off the island. Mary called me in am to see how we fared! Super super service

Rick and Keith are both expert mechanics and there is nothing they can not build, design or repair. Michelle and Michelle are equally professional and great schedulers. These guys are slammed all the time but always manage to get boats in (and out) of the water. Madeira Marina have been serving my boat(s) for over 10 years and I would rely on no-one else.

We greatly appreciated the professional and thorough inspection of our home. Mr. Pape was punctual. We did not need to clean up after his inspection, for example, when he examined the attic. He was very patient when explaining the report. The report was enhanced by graphs, diagrams, and pictures. All the major systems of our home were covered. Mr. Pape highlighted items that may require replacement or maintenance, and provided suggestions on how to accomplish them. We are very satisfied.
