They are a great business! They went the extra mile for me. I had bought a vape and never tried it until about 6 months after purchase. When I did it was spitting juice at me. I went to the store and explained and they replaced the coil no charge and also gave me a new tank also no charge. I couldn't believe the service. Backing up there products 100%. I bought a nice set up three weeks ago and Gio gave me a great deal on the stuff without me even asking! I've been back several times to buy juice and coils. When I had a battery issue, I saw Connor and it was fixed right away there. When I had coil issues I went to see Connor again, and it was quickly fixed even though it was the manufacturer's fault.
