Location was out my way but the bike I wanted they had. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions and recommend bike for my use also they have a great service staff. I would recommend to anyone.

You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I've been there a couple times previously and i was always treated with kindness and respect. The last 2 times someone made me cappucino!! They fixed my rear derailleur and it's never had an issue since.
Yesterday I went in to the store after calling them and asking advice on a noise my Tacx was making. Not only did they immediately work on it, they arranged for someone lend a hand (and actually helped me OUTSIDE The store to get it working properly!!).

I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!

I have a Giant Twist electric bike. Evan worked on my electronics, gears and replaced rusted parts. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Front desk staff also nice on the phone and in person.

I am not an avid cyclist,but would like to start.The guys at Bikefit are so helpful and professional.I have heard great things about them too from people who have bought their bikes there.Prices are more than fair.You can go back to cheap Walmart/Canadian Tire bikes after this!Excellent product knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this shop.
