In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. I saw Dr. Levan as Dr. Elmalem was away. Dr. Levan was excellent in every way: very polite and made me feel at ease. I have seen Dr. Elmalem for the last three years and he is also excellent. The staff have always been polite and helpful. As I have a mobility problem, they brought the form to fill in to me and picked it up so that I wouldn't have to get up. Josh took the time to answer all my questions in terms that i could understand we found him to be very knowledgeable and generally cared about our current situation.Josh prepared a quote and went over it in detail with me. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing.
