Tropical Pool & Spa continues to be an amazing company to work with. We bought a wood stove from them 3 years ago which they installed for us as well. We absolutely love that purchase and appreciate their advice on changing the location. This year we were in desperate need of assistance to move a hot tub. Tropical Pool & Spa were very professional, efficient, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond ensuring the move went smoothly. They're the best in the business!

I received the best customer service I have ever received. I had Roberto to help me with my new bank account questions and issues; he was polite and diligently handled all my problems. Awesome experience! They were shortstaffed and one of the owners happen to be on site and he stepped up to give a hand so customers weren’t left waiting! I was so impressed! Plus if you’re having another change right now to celebrate the new ownership with every oil change you get a free pair windshield wipers and they’re very nice whole season ones! I would recommend it well worth your time! Thanks Jay, for the great service!
