A very relaxed felling during the complete process There are no screaming noises coming from behind closed doors, unlike some dentist offices which make you think there is some kind medieval torture chamber somewhere in the back, Her prices are great, she is very knowledgeable in her field. After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
