Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

Great family dental office. Prices are very
reasonable. I saw Dr. Zaidi and my child saw Dr. Lalani - both are highly trained and gentle. Found it convenient that they have a doctor that places braces on-site. Both my kids are booked in with this specialist and have started their braces.

My first visit was about a week ago. They clearly took covid protocols very seriously. Super clean place and Dr. Robbie explained everything perfect then pulled a wisdom tooth out for me; it was the best tooth experience I could’ve hoped for. I didn’t even know when he pulled it out. Thanks laughing gas!!! I thanked him and his awesome nurses, booked another appointment for a general cleaning and test whitening, said good bye and went home. Good day all around. Highly recommended this clinic.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. I have to say that Baywood is definitely the place to go with an injury. I've been going to Janice Eveleigh since I was 14 (I'm 29 now) on and off with different injuries. When I first hurt myself in gymnastics Janice took the time to explain to me why I was having pain and the things I could do to prevent it. Ever since then, whether it be a sore neck from sitting at the computer all day, or shoulder pain from my volleyball, she has managed to get me back to my best.
I find at Baywood they are able to get me in right away and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment . The front staff are really friendly as well.
