I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.

Best customer service I have ever received, from any company! I have four business accounts with Kelcom, and will keep adding in the future. They are extremely punctual, surprisingly prompt and always work with you to meet your needs. When other providers have failed, Kelcom have impressed.
