I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

Really don't understand the negative review here. The staff are lovely. My dentist is the best dentist I've had in 40 years. Prices are sooooo affordable compared to my old dentist in Alberta. I don't understand how they stay in business with the prices they are charging.

Professional and friendly reception and phone bookings. Physicians see their patients close to the booked time. (no long waits unless there are unusual circumstances) Physicians keep excellent records and make the most of appointment time in a friendly and courteous manner.

Dr. Cottle was excellent. I am not a fan of dentists but he made me feel welcome and relaxed. When he was doing the needles I hardly noticed it was done so gently. The staff are helpful and very cheerful. All in all its been a good experience foe me.
