I wish to say thank you to my new dental surgeon Dr. Viana. He performed an outstanding job explaining to me what type of dental work I require. He patiently allowed me to see my X-ray and will stop throughout the teeth cleaning to show me what my much deeper teeth appeared like with the assistance of a mirror. His bedside behavior was good. Great experience, wonderful dentist, extremely polite, professional, cool and informative. Will obviously be returning to this dental office again.

Had the most exemplary experience at Bluewater Health. Every single point of contact was brilliant. From the people who took my blood, the RPNs, PSWs, and RNs and even the doctors. A special shout out to my two main nurses Elaine and Stacey on Med T who made me feel comfortable and at home. They went above and beyond, I felt like I was staying at a hotel. Well meaning but transient residents meant that continuity of care became a big problem. Communication problems led to missed appointments and delays. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler.
