Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

Dr. Chaudhary is a very good doctor! I find him to be very understanding and caring. I wish that all doctors were nice like him in how he shows respect and concern for his patients. Even when prescribing medication, Dr. Chaudhary has always considered the financial difficulties people have and has not prescribed the very expensive kind of meds that I could not afford. I am so thankful to God that Dr. Chaudhary is not only a good doctor but a caring person that expresses it as I have experienced.

Dr. Farzan Ali did my gallbladder surgery a few weeks ago. The service his office provided was amazing! The whole team made me feel safe, and took all of my concerns seriously. Dr. Ali answered all of my questions (including silly ones), and responded patiently. It was an amazing experience with him! He explained the recovery in easy terms, and made sure that I understood any risks of the surgery. He used visuals which made the process much easier to understand, and it was very accurate.

I've had many pairs of shoes repaired here over the years and the workmanship is absolutely beautiful! My wife recently brought in a pair of Blundstone boots that she's had for about 15 years as the sole had deteriorated. The repair they did was FAR better than the original sole and will undoubtedly last for a very long time!
