Lots of bad comments here, but personally I have never had a better office team experience. I am almost 70 and have been around the block with serious medical problems all my life. 3 different countries, multiple drs. For you who have problems with this office..grow up!

My GP Dr. Marshall spent the time to review my concerns and had me undergo many lab tests in order to rule out possible issues. One of the last revealed a problem that necessitated an MRI which confirmed my ailment.
From the first appointment to surgery took less than three months.
The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.

I make my living by working as a renovator.
I have arthritis, which is probably job-related, or due to aging. Recently I cannot work because of my swollen wrist. The bone above my right wrist was almost doubled in size. This caused me great pain, especially when I tried to turn my wrist.
Last month I went to see a doctor, and was prescribed Indomethacin (50 mg capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 weeks). The medication did provide me some relief, but it had side effects (mainly stomach upset and nausea). Besides, most of the swollenness was still there.
Last Monday I decided to seek acupuncture as an alternative treatment. I found the name Dr. Ivy Pang from Google Search.
I have received 4 acupuncture treatments up till now (each session lasting about 80 minutes). So very glad that there are obvious great improvements – in fact I can now turn my wrist freely. Hope to start working sometime next week.

They do excellent dentistry and only recommend what is required. They won't try to make you spend a bunch of money uneccessarily. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
