Very pleasant and professional people.
The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).

Dr. Hauptman is a super great doctor. He listens, asks questions, is very knowledgeable and will go the full distance for any patient in need. You can ask him anything and he will be very open and honest with you. He is not an intimidating person and he does not give up easily as he is very well read with all current medical practices. Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. The only place in the last 2 years that didn't jack their prices up by 60%. These are the nicest people to do business with, they're very busy but, still have time for you within minutes to test your battery and show you the results.
